Hi! I'm Jalen a coach for speed, agility, strength, and conditioning located in Central Florida, I am passionate about helping others excel not only in their sports but also in their everyday lives. In the past year, I have built a clientele of youth, high school, college, and professional athletes.

Strength and Conditioning
Providing one on one or group training improving athletic performance, which usually means improving athletes' speed, strength, and power (although specifics vary according to athlete and sport).
Speed and Agility
These exercises help improve speed, explosive power, coordination, and specific sports skills. From high school to professional sports teams, all athletes can benefit from agility training exercises. Incorporate these drills a few times a week into your training routine to perfect your foot speed and refine your sports technique
Swim Lessons
Whether you are splashing at the pool, diving in at the lake, preparing for a swim competition, or boogie boarding at the beach, swim lessons for your kids (or for you) are always a good idea. Knowing how to navigate the water is crucial for any age.

Providing one on one training with the goal of helping maximize their potential by gaining lean muscle mass, build better functional posture control, and overall athleticism. I want to help you reach your goals!
